The C.W. Williams Community Health Center will offer back-to-school physicals and immunizations at its 3333 Wilkinson Boulevard location. Call 866-CWW4YOU (866-299-4968), ext. 1021, 1022, or 1045 to schedule an appointment.
August 15, 2020, 10 am to 2 pm: Drive-Thru Community Event at Stratford Richardson YMCA, 1946 West Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28208 (Rain or Shine).
The C.W. Williams Community Health Center will host a drive-thru community event on Saturday, August 15, 2020 from 10 am to 2 pm with vendors, free groceries (registration required), and COVID-19 testing (Pre-registration preferred. No out-of-pocket costs. Bring valid ID and insurance card, if you have insurance. CWWCHC does not share immigration status).
