You think your dental health is in the best form and that everything is good. In reality, however, there are a few habits that are hurting your dental health without you even realizing it.
Meaning, you’re brushing too hard.

Eating one thing or another all the time is a bad habit; especially if you’re eating and drinking sugary items.

So, make sure you eat bigger meals so that you feel fuller for longer, not requiring snacking on something.
And if you do eat something in between, make sure to drink enough water to get rid of leftover parts in your mouth.
Clenching can result in tooth chipping or cracking. It can also affect the aesthetic of your smile in the long run.
So, do away with this bad habit. Relax your mouth muscles. If you clench when you’re angry, avoid instances that get you angry. Using a mouthguard at night can also be helpful. Consult your dentist.
From pen to the bottle cap, you have a bad habit of chewing everything that gets into your hands.
This increases the risk of tooth damage. Your tooth is likely to get chipped or cracked, which will subsequently require expensive treatment.
There are some items, in addition to sugar-based ones, that are bad for dental health. This includes wine, citrus fruit, pickles, potato chips, and more.
Do more research on these subject and take definitive measures to eliminate/minimize food items that are bad for your dental health. Adopt a wholesome approach whereby your diet also includes healthy items.
