National Health Center Week

This year National Community Health Center Week’s theme is “America’s Health Centers: Home of Americas Health Care Heroes.” It recognizes the vital role of health center providers in achieving the success of the health center mission. From primary care physicians, to behavioral health specialists, to nurses and pharmacists, nearly 40,000 health care professionals serve on the front lines each day in community health centers across the nation.

Learn about volunteer opportunities and how to get involved. There will be a discussion about board member’s involvement, the advisory council’s role, plus a patient’s perspective on CWWCHC. There will also be a tour of the center and a FREE lunch.

Fun, Food and Family Health Fair
