C.W. WILLIAMS COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER (CWWCHC)  is a federally-qualified, private non-profit (501-C3) organization that provides comprehensive, community-oriented healthcare to the medically underserved and economically disadvantaged in Charlotte-Mecklenburg.
 
Our practice accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial insurance, and offers a discounted fee structure based on a sliding fee scale.  
 
CWWCHC has two offices to provide services to the uninsured, insured, medicare, medicaid residents of Charlotte-Mecklenburg with the follwing comprehensive and community-oriented services:
